Cordae (formerly YBN Cordae and Entendre), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He began his career as a member of the hip hop collective YBN. His debut studio album, The Lost Boy (2019) was met with critical acclaim, also receiving two Grammy Award nominations: Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song for its single, "Bad Idea" (featuring Chance the Rapper) at the 62nd Grammy Awards. He dropped the "YBN" from his stage name in 2020 and released his second studio album, From a Birds Eye View (2022) to a similar reception.
