ACCESSIBILITY
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center reserves seating for guests with visual and mobility impairments. To ensure we provide the best service, contact our Ticket Office directly to discuss and identify any needs and/or concerns you may have. If special ADA accommodation is required, contact our Ticket Office directly at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
There is ADA / accessible seating on the concourse level of the Coliseum. Accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis.
CERTIFIED SENSORY ROOM
The Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center is KultureCity-certified sensory-inclusive venue
providing a welcoming environment for all . We provide a Sensory Room located near section 127 on the concourse of the Coliseum sponsored by Goodwill® Industries of Kanawha Valley, Inc
The sensory room located near Section 127 can be used by visitors who feel the need to decompress from the noise or are overwhelmed by the crowds. Being able to escape any form of over-stimulation makes it possible for people with sensory needs to enjoy the event just as much as everybody else. The quiet room is equipped with stimulating lights, fidgeting tools, and comfortable seating arrangements. In addition to the room and gadgets, the Coliseum staff members are trained and certified in sensory inclusion by KultureCity.
To enable guests with sensory sensitivities or challenges to more fully enjoy events at The Charleston Coliseum, the arena will provide sensory bags equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. These items are available now at the Customer Service Booth located near Section 127 .

ADDITIONAL FEES
When purchasing tickets, all tickets are subject to facility fees and when purchasing online, there are additional fees added. Generally, there is a Service Fee / Order Processing Fee and Delivery Fee.
ALCOHOL
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center follows the WV state law that prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. To purchase alcohol, guests will be required to provide appropriate proof of age with valid identification.
The following policies have been established to promote the responsible and safe use of alcohol:
• Guests may not possess or purchase more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at a time.
• All concession stands and portable units will stop serving alcohol approximately thirty (30) minutes before the end of the event.
• Alcohol of any kind may not be brought into or removed from the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.
• The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center administrative team reserves the right to confiscate any items, bottles and/or containers used to attempt to bring alcohol into the facility.
• The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center administrative team reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests.
• Any guest who exhibits behavior that distracts, inconveniences or interferes with another guest’s enjoyment of the event may be removed from the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.
• Alcohol will not be served to any underage person or visibly impaired guest.
• Alcohol beverage sales may be curtailed or prohibited at the discretion of the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center's administrative team.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)
Assistive Listening Devices are available upon request. These listening devices amplify information broadcast through our in-house sound system; they do not necessarily provide play-by-play service to a live event. To ensure we provide the best service, contact our administrative team directly to discuss and identify any needs and/or concerns you may have. If special ADA accommodation is requested, contact our administrative team directly at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.

For the convenience of our guests, we have several ATM machines located throughout the facility.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations can be found in public restrooms located throughout the facility.
BAG SEARCHES
All guests may be subject to a search of their person and possessions when entering the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. We recommend clear bag (no larger than 12"x12"x6") or one small clutch purse, with or without handle or strap (no larger than 9”x 5”) for personal items. No backpacks are allowed To avoid additional touch points, patrons are strongly encouraged to leave unnecessary items at home. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security to shift and possibly remove the contents.
BICYCLES
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center encourages guests to utilize bicycle transportation when visiting. Two bike racks can be found near the entrances for bike parking. Please lock your bike while visiting.

CAMERAS
At the request of the artists and management, professional cameras – specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash – are not permitted. The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during events.
CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS
In the event a ticketed performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Centers website and social media. We will also send an email to the database of purchasers for that event, if contact information is available.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. The paid ticket price will be refunded. Fees and charges associated with the ticket purchase may be retained.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new date has passed.
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
CHILDREN’S TICKETS
For most Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center events, children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of two (2) will be allowed free entry; however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows most often require a ticket for children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.
COMPANION SEATS
Companion seats are available for all accessible seating areas.
CONCESSIONS
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center offers concessions for most public events. All food and beverage are provided by our in-house caterer, Distinctive Gourmet.

DOOR OPENING TIME

DRONES
For the safety of everyone at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
Guests can be dropped off and picked up along our main access drive, which is located directly in front of the public entrance on Quarrier Street. There is also 15 minutes parking located right outside of our Box Office located on Clendenin Street.

Elevators are located in both lobbies. The elevator in the ticket lobby provides access to the concourse level only.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES
All Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center staff are trained in proper procedures for emergencies. In the event of an emergency, the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center team members have been trained and instructed to assists guests in evacuating the facility. It is a good idea to identify emergency exits closest to your seat location. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center team members and/or the public address announcer.

ELK RIVER DOCK
One of the hidden gems created from the newly renovated Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center is located below the main entryway. The facility now boasts a free access dock that the public can take advantage of when enjoying the river.

The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center is owned by the City of Charleston, WV and operates under the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center / Municipal Auditorium Board. LOST & FOUND
During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at our Ticket Office. For inquiries following an event, please call our Ticket Office at 304-345-7469 during normal administrative hours.
Lost & Found is open during administrative hours only. Items lost at prior events are held in a locked storage area for thirty (30) days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization.
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items including but not limited to any unattended property or equipment.
LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED TICKETS
Any lost or stolen ticket that was purchased online at Ticketmaster.com can be reprinted at our Ticket Office. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.
If you believe your ticket has been stolen, please contact our Ticket Office directly at 304-345-7469. We can replace your ticket with a new bar code and block the previous ones.
LOST CHILDREN & PERSONS
Guests should report missing persons to the nearest Event Service team member. Our team members will work with all persons, staff and law enforcement to reunite guests with their party.

METAL DETECTION
At most major events, guests will be required to go through walk-through metal detectors or be subject to metal detection via wanding. To accommodate the additional time needed for these security procedures, guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow extra time and to travel light, as you may be subject to search.
MOBILE TICKETS
If you selected mobile tickets through Ticketmaster, load it on your phone prior to arriving at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center to make sure you can access your ticket on your phone.
MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center also provides venue space at the Charleston Municipal Auditorium. The Municipal Auditorium features a 65 foot stage and has a comfortable seating capacity of 3,400.

NOISEMAKERS
For the comfort of all our guests and to maintain the integrity of events, guests at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center are not permitted to bring in any type of noisemaker or musical instrument. This includes air horns, cow bells and any type of whistle.

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES
There are several options for delivery when purchasing tickets online through Ticketmaster.com. These options may vary by event. Options include:
• UPS: Choose a 2-day, 3-day, or Saturday delivery (US only).
• US Mail: Ticketmaster will print your physical tickets and ship them to the address you provide. Please note that this option will include an additional delivery fee and takes 10-14 days.
• Will Call: Pick up your tickets at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center Ticket Office. You will be asked to present the card used to purchase tickets as well as a valid photo ID.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Outside food or beverages of any kind - including alcoholic beverages - are not allowed to be brought into the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.

PARKING
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center has two parking garages located on our property located off Lee Street and Quarrier Street. Handicap parking for guests with disabilities is available on each floor of both parking garages.
On event days, attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive early. Additional parking is usually available and recommended in the immediate area. Please be aware when many guests are expected in the vicinity of the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center there will be a high volume of pedestrian traffic crossing streets leading to the facility. Please use caution.
POLICE & SECURITY
At most major events, for the safety and convenience of all Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center guests, police and/or security personnel are stationed throughout the facility. In the event of an emergency, guests should notify the nearest event service team member or security personnel.
PRE-SALES
Presales are often offered through an artist, sponsor group, venue, and/or media group to allow subscribers to purchase tickets before the general onsale. To sign up for an artist fan club, visit the artist website for instructions.

To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen tickets, or inflated prices, please purchase your tickets at authorized locations. SELFIE STICKS
Selfie sticks are not permitted inside the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog, that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
SMOKING POLICY
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center does not allow the use of tobacco products in the facility. Tobacco products are defined as: chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, electronic cigarettes, hookah, snuff, and snus. Smoking, including the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers and other similar products, is prohibited inside the facility and will be strictly enforced. Exterior designated tobacco use areas are available for some events as well as ash and trash receptacles. Guest will be allowed to leave the facility and re-enter in order to use tobacco as long as guests remain inside the designated area.

If a show is not sold out, tickets are available for purchase before and during events. In most situations, the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center Ticket Office will close approximately 3/4 of the way through a show.
SOLICITATION / LOITERING
Guests should be aware that the distribution of banners, business cards, booklets, commercial advertising, flyers, notices, posters, pamphlets, stickers, t-shirts and/or printed materials is prohibited at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. Any guest who persists in solicitation while on the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center property will be subject to ejection.

The quiet room is equipped with stimulating lights, fidgeting tools, and comfortable seating arrangements. The sensory bags contain noise-cancelling headphones and fidget tools. In addition to the room and gadgets, the Coliseum staff members are trained and certified in sensory inclusion by KultureCity.

TICKET LIMITS
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster, the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center and/or the event promoter at their discretion. This includes orders purchased due to technical website/system errors and/or orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, and other information.
TICKETMASTER
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing company associated with the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. If you are not purchasing tickets in person at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center Ticket Office or online at Ticketmaster.com, we cannot guarantee that your tickets will be legitimate. We strongly caution all buyers to be careful.
TICKET OFFICE
Tickets will be available for purchase at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center Ticket Office on the first day of ticket sales unless otherwise noted.
The Ticket Office is located in our Clendenin Street lobby at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. Fifteen (15) minute parking is available directly in front of our facility while purchasing tickets.
Only tickets for events hosted at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center will be available for sale at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center Ticket Office.
TOBACCO
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center does not allow the use of tobacco products in the facility. Tobacco products are defined as: chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, electronic cigarettes, hookah, snuff, and snus. Smoking, including the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers and other similar products, is prohibited inside the facility and will be strictly enforced. Exterior designated tobacco use areas are available during some events as well as ash and trash receptacles. Guest will be allowed to leave the facility and re-enter in order to use tobacco as long as guests remain inside the designated area.

VIDEO RECORDINGS
At the request of the artists and management, professional cameras – specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash – are not permitted. The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during events.

WATER FOUNTAINS
Public water fountains are located throughout the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.
WEAPONS & FIREARMS
Weapon and firearms are not permitted inside the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. See PROHIBITED ITEMS.
WHEELCHAIRS
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center offers wheelchair assistance for all events on property. Please let our event services team know if you need assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event.

The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center offers free public Wi-Fi for guests in public areas.
WILL CALL
Will Call is located in the Clendenin Street lobby of the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. Will Call opens at 12:00 pm on the day of the scheduled event and will generally remain open throughout the event.
To pick up your tickets, you are required to present:
• Valid state or government issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport.
• Credit card used to purchase the tickets.
• Confirmation number.
Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone.
